Installation

A typical installation of Tracker will consist of three days of on-site work by an Automation Centre consultant. We try to gather as much information as possible in advance so that certain features and functionality can be pre-configured such as: what the network configuration looks like; what the organizational structure looks like; how workflow typically is configured; the normal approval processes; etc.

This process has been proven to work with up to 1,000 seat installations. Tracker is so intuitive that very little training is required. However, training for the administrators is typically included during the installation process and custom training is available. <- top
