National Software Testing Labs Chooses Tracker Suite^® To Manage Its Software and Hardware Testing Projects

National Software Testing Labs (“NSTL”) tests software and hardware following a set methodology. It was in need of a solution to track the activity on its projects by client and use this data for billing. The solution also needed to allow NSTL to easily move over to an Exchange/Outlook platform.

NSTL licensed Tracker Suite, which allowed it to utilize its existing Lotus Notes infrastructure resulting in high and rapid user acceptance, a familiar platform and near zero training. Tracker Suite will also facilitate NSTL’s future move to an Exchange/Outlook platform.

Now NSTL can easily capture, report and create productivity analysis by employee and department. Tracker software also provides NSTL will the ability to track fixed price contracts and automatic notification when the maximums have been reached. NSTL has the ability to segregate non-billable hours, billable hours and hours that would be billed if not for the fact that the maximum fees were reached. When NSTL moves to an Exchange/Outlook platform, Tracker Suite will ease the transition.
