I'm Bizco's IT Director. Support Tracker (for Tracker Suite)
This is favorite utility! As Bizco's resident techie, I'm responsible for keeping our network, telephones, and computer systems running smoothly. Support Tracker is my personal help desk application. It collects support requests from a Notes client, the Web, or even e-mail. It automatically routes the request to the appropriate person, so if it's one of the few things I don't handle- I don't get bothered with it! Support Tracker also generates request reports by system, type, priority, department, and technician. Finally, it provides areas for online forums, FAQ, and Knowledgebase issues- all of which really help my co-workers with general problems and minimize redundant support requests.

I was never able to find an up-to-date directory of phone extensions for our organization. With Personnel Tracker, I have quick access to an employee directory that has the names, locations, and phone numbers that I need. The best part is that they're always up-to-date; no more disappearing coworkers!

On-line purchase requests are secure and easy to use. Not only are purchase reports easy to create and submit, but with simple click, I am able to check the status of my purchase request.
